Bollywood Fitness is a group exercise class with a Bollywood Soundtrack.

It combines dancing & fitness to give you an all over body workout. 

These classes are for women only. 

*Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class in order to complete the registration form.

Both venues have ample free parking.

When: Mondays

Time: 10am - 11am

When: Wednesdays

Time: 8pm - 9pm

Venue: St. Andrew's Church Hall,

Stoke Poges, SL2 3LN

What should I expect?

A safe, effective and heart-pumping workout whilst enjoying a fun selection of Bollywood melodies.

What are the benefits of this class?

This class is an overall body workout so your body strength,  stamina, flexibility, balance and co-ordination will improve. 

Will this class help me lose weight?

If the class is attended regularly in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle then yes there is no reason for you not to lose weight. 

How active are the classes?

The classes are suitable for all levels ranging from beginner to dance enthusiasts. The class is the equivalent of approximately 4500 - 5000 steps. 

Can anyone join?

This class is for women of all ages, ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, shapes and sizes. 

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothing plus trainers. Bring water and a small towel if you wish.

Is there parking?

Yes both venues have ample free parking. 

What if I have children with me?

Children are more than welcome but they are your responsibility.
