Friends of Yoga.
Why is LovetheBeat affiliated with them?
Because Kay completed a two year yoga diploma between 2015 - 2017 with them.
Plus she volunteers as the Area Officer for FRYOG South West (North) region. This means she is responsible for organising CPD days for FRYOG members within the South West (N) region (Avon, Wiltshire and Berkshire).
Who can join them?
Anyone. We are all Friends of Yoga.
Who are the CPD days for?
Yoga teachers, professionals and anyone wishing to develop and extend their practise.
Where will the CPD days take place?
Although representing Avon, Wiltshire and Berkshire, the main meeting point will be Datchet, Berkshire (SL3).
Why are CPD days important?
The purpose of CPD (Continued Professional Development) days is to share expertise, broaden our breadth of knowledge and continue to develop our delivery of high quality yoga lessons. I am delighted to take on this exciting role as I am a true advocate of life-long learning and hope to co-ordinate workshops which address your yoga learning and training needs.
When will the CPD days take place?
They usually take place on the weekend and consist of a 6 hour training day.
How do I book the CPD day?
What is the cost?
If you are already a member of FRYOG then the cost of the training day is the ticket price.
If you are not a member of FRYOG but would like to attend, you will incur an annual membership fee of £20. This will cover your membership fee for any CPD days you attend within one year.
What happens once I join?
You will receive updates from Kay regarding any FRYOG news + CPD training day news via email. Please whitelist the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
