Belly Dance is one of the oldest forms of dance that can offer multiple health benefits to your body such as helping you to maintain your body balance and strength as well as improve your flexibility and core strength. You will discover muscles you never knew you had!  Practicing belly dance for 30 minutes every day can help you burn over 300 calories. As well as the physical benefits, the combination of music and exercise can help to lift your mood.
