A non-stop hour of Arabic beats and belly dancing movements. You will discover muscles you never knew you had, 

Belly Dancing For Beginners

Great for the complete beginner and those with a little experience who want to brush up on their dancing and technique..

Bollywood

An hour of learning eloquent moves to the latest and most popular songs right out of Bollywood. 

Zumba

Popular Latin Fitness class with non-stop dancing and shaking. Join the party with this fusion of Latin international rhythms and easy-to-follow moves.

Dynamic Yoga

This class is called Dynamic because there are lots of movements. You can expect postures, sequences and a focus on the breath. Preprare to stretch and feel grounded by the end of the class.

CHILL & RELAX YOGA

Chill & relax yoga is good for winding down after a full week. Experience mind and body connection through a series of disciplined physical postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. 

KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga is meant to quieten your mind whilst, at the same time, opening your chakras so your energy can freely flow throughout your body - from the root chakra through to your crown chakra.

Classes FAQS

LovetheBeat is a small studio. Approximately 8-10 people (including the instructor) can fit at a time. This means the classes are very exclusive and spaces are extremely limited.

No changing room or shower. There is a toilet within the residence so please try and use the bathroom before arriving at the venue.

Yes, we are based in a residential area so please park respectfully and mindfully; preferably down the road from the studio.

There are enough coat pegs for 10 people with space to place bags in the cupboard. Shoes are not allowed in the studio so please use the shoe rack.

Please bring your own equipment however we do have some mats and scarfs in case you should need them.

Whatever makes you feel good! Comfortable clothing! If you want to show your skin, go for it! And if you don’t, it doesn’t matter. For bellydancing you’re welcome to bring a hip scarf but it is not necessary!

Children’s classes will be added to the timetable with suitably qualified and experienced instructors. However, the other classes are welcome for children from aged 14 up.
